Important: Money-Wise is a planning and tracking tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, or insurance advice.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Money-Wise, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.

2. Personal finance tracking only

Money-Wise is a manual-entry dashboard for organizing financial information you choose to enter. Money-Wise does not connect to financial institutions, verify your balances, or guarantee financial outcomes.

3. No professional advice

Information, estimates, projections, percentile comparisons, budget outputs, and affordability calculations are for educational and planning purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting your login credentials, using the app lawfully, and not entering highly sensitive identifiers such as bank credentials, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or credit card numbers.

5. Accounts and passwords

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us and change your password promptly.

6. Data deletion

The Settings tab includes a Delete All Data feature. If you confirm deletion, your saved Money-Wise app data is intended to be permanently deleted and cannot be restored unless you have your own backup or export.

7. Availability and changes

Money-Wise may change, break, be unavailable, or be discontinued. We may modify features, design, or functionality over time.

8. Intellectual property

Money-Wise, including its design, code, text, layout, and branding, is owned by its creator or licensors and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Money-Wise is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money-Wise and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on information entered into or generated by the app.
